Returns & Refunds

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at info@brokenregime.com If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label which you will need to send along with the package to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Broken Regime do not offer free returns.

We do not accept exchanges, and you’ll need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn’t quite fit right and we will refund the returned item. 

Anything returned outside of the 28-day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn, unwashed condition.

We cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit; therefore, we advise that they are sent via trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

International Returns

If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as ‘returned goods’, as Broken Regime will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our UK based HQ, we’ll begin to process it as soon as possible. 

We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account.  You will also get a refund confirmation email.  

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Please Note:

  1. We are a UK based company, thus shipping from the UK. For all deliveries outside of the UK, the customer will be responsible for any local taxes or duties connected with the purchase, if there are any.
  2. Deliveries may be affected by public, bank or international holidays.
  3. Broken Regime will not be held accountable for shipping to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we will be happy to help you in the matter.
